For over a century, Rotary has committed itself to addressing the needs of communities across the globe. In recognition of this commitment, Rotary honors six projects each year that create change – not only in member communities, but around the world. These projects demonstrate how Rotary members are truly people of action.

Why are the People of Action Honors important?

People of Action Honors are given to Rotary projects that exemplify everything our organization has to offer. Born out of a White House initiative in the United States, the People of Action Honors highlight impactful, sustainable, and scalable projects that are models of service for clubs around the world.

十多年來，「採取行動的人榮譽獎」致力於表彰扶輪社在疾病預防、心理健康、社區發展、教育、青少年賦能、永續發展等許多服務領域的專案。扶輪「採取行動的人榮譽獎」的得獎者代表了扶輪成員在其社區乃至全球所創造的改變的標竿。

For more than 10 years, the People of Action Honors have brought attention to Rotary projects related to disease prevention, mental health, community development, education, youth empowerment, sustainability, and many more areas of service. The Rotary People of Action honorees represent the standard for the type of change Rotary members create in their communities and across the globe.

The 2025-26 People of Action Honors: Champions of Tomorrow

2025-26年度扶輪「採取行動的人榮譽獎」將表彰六位扶輪大家庭的成員，授予他們「明日的推動者」的稱號，以表彰他們親手實際參與志願服務活動。

The 2025-26 Rotary People of Action Honors will recognize six members of the Rotary family as Champions of Tomorrow for their hands-on volunteer activities.

「明日的推動者」是年齡在13至30歲之間的青年，他們在今日就致力於創造更美好的未來。這些扶輪大家庭的成員並非按部就班地等待機會，而是打破慣例積極行動，勇於創新，運用自身才能，打造美好未來。

The Champions of Tomorrow are young people, between the ages of 13 and 30, who are working to create a brighter future today. These are members of the Rotary family who are not waiting their turn but are disruptors and change-makers – putting their talents to use to build a better tomorrow.

專案可涵蓋任何焦點領域。首要要求是專案必須由青少年領導或服務青少年。與所有提名一樣，專案必須符合國際扶輪的最起碼的影響力標準。

Projects may fit within any of the areas of focus. The primary requirement is that they must be either led by or in service to youth. As with all nominations, the projects must meet Rotary International’s minimum impact standards.

「採取行動的人榮譽獎」首次開放給18歲以下的扶輪計畫參與者。但只有成年人（18歲以上）才能提交提名表。

For the first time, the People of Action Honors will be open to Rotary program participants under the age of 18. However, only adults (over the age of 18) may submit nominations.

Recognition Criteria

所有可獲獎的專案必須：

All viable projects must:

• 青少年領導及/或關注青少年的需求。例如，反暴力或反霸凌運動、教育活動、促進社會融合等。

Be led by and/or focus on the needs of youth. This could be anti-violence or anti-bullying campaigns, education activities, promotion of social inclusion, etc.

• 如果專案並非完全由青少年領導，則應證明青少年在專案的研擬即實施過程中發揮了不可或缺的作用。青少年應在專案決策中擁有平等的發言權。

If not strictly led by youth, the project should demonstrate that youth were integral to the development and implementation of the project. Youth should have an equitable seat at the table.

Provide evidence of partnerships, measurement, community assessment, scalability, and sustainability.

• 證明符合以下評估標準：

Demonstrate the following evaluation criteria:

RELEVANCE - is the intervention doing the right things?

• 一致性 - 介入措施與社區需求的契合度如何？

COHERENCE - how well does the intervention fit community needs?

• 有效性 - 介入措施是否實現了專案的目標？

EFFECTIVENESS - is the intervention achieving its objectives?

• 效率 - 資源利用如何？

EFFICIENCY - how well are resources being used?

• 影響 - 介入措施帶來了哪些改變？

IMPACT - what difference does the intervention make?

• 永續性 - 效益能否持續？

SUSTAINABILITY - will the benefits last?

• 參與的專案目前仍在進行或最早已於2024年6月30日結束

Be currently active or have not concluded before 30 June 2024

• 不以籌款或提供物資支援(例如購買筆記型電腦、書籍、平板電腦等)為主要重點，儘管這兩者都可以作為較大型專案的一部分。

Not primarily focusing on fundraising or providing material support (i.e., buying laptops, books, pads, etc.), though both can be an element of the larger project.

Champions of Tomorrow project representatives must:

• 為扶輪社或扶青社社員、和平獎學金受獎人、全球獎助金獎學金受獎人、扶少團成員、扶輪青少年領袖獎參加者、扶輪青少年交換學生或扶輪計畫前參加者。

Be Rotary or Rotaract members, Peace Fellows, Global Grant Scholarship recipients, Interact members, RYLA participants, Rotary Youth Exchange students, or Rotary alumni.

• 參與的專案目前正在進行中或最早已於2024年6月30日結束。

Be involved with a project that is currently active or concluded no earlier than June 30, 2024.

• 年齡在13至30歲之間。

Between the ages of 13 and 30.

• 在專案的親手參與執行工作中擔任領導角色。

Have held a leadership role in the hands-on implementation of the project.

• 自我提名概不受理。

Self-nominations will not be considered.

曾獲以下榮譽的個人或專案不符合資格：

Individuals or projects previously recognized with one of the following honors are ineligible for consideration:

• 前「採取行動的人榮譽獎」得主(2015-2025年)

Past People of Action Honors recipients (2015-2025)

• 「扶輪大規模計畫獎」得主

Rotary Programs of Scale recipients

與所有「採取行動的人榮譽獎」一樣，被提名者應在「親手實際參與」義工活動或倡議的實施工作中擔任領導角色。理想的專案應能展現/定義/解決特定的社區需求，並可作為扶輪成員可以/應該效仿的典範。

As with all People of Action Honors recognitions, nominees should have taken a leadership role in implementing “hands on” volunteer activities or initiatives. Ideal projects should be able to demonstrate/define/address a specific community need and serve as examples of work that can/should be replicated by Rotary members.
